01. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fr99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). fr99 is an online casino and betting platform operated for entertainment purposes for players in Bangladesh.

03. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The fr99 platform is for persons aged 21 or over only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be permanently cancelled.

3.1 Participation Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.
• You must use the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• This platform does not apply to residents of areas where online gaming is completely prohibited by local law.

04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on fr99. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted. fr99 is not responsible for any loss due to currency conversion.

05. Bonus and Promotion Terms

fr99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms which must be read before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total of your deposit and bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be used once only — a member cannot benefit from the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games or categories may be excluded from bonus use — please refer to the details of each promotion.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

06. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on fr99 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. Games are operated according to the rules set by the game providers.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault or loss of connection, fr99 may consider that bet void.
• If a game or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

The dealer's decision is final in live casino games. In the event of a dispute, game logs and records will be reviewed. If a technical issue occurs during a game, action will be taken in accordance with the game provider's rules.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

• Cricket betting is available on IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and many more events.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

07. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the fr99 platform. Violation of these rules will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any other automated method to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's security systems.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds or payment methods.

10.1 Suspended Account Balance
